ELIZABETH BANGEL-STEHLIN
President and Co-Founder
Liz is a founding member of SAAG (alongside Ali Puckett) and an active participant in the Greater Cincinnati community. Her connection to the Seasons dates to its establishment in 1987, as her grandmother was one of its first residents, instilling in her a passion for supporting seniors. Growing up with parents dedicated to non-profits and fundraising, Liz generously contributes her time to various causes. Currently, she serves on the boards of SAAG, the Academy of Medicine, Cops for a Cure and is the President of Little Brothers Friends of the Elderly -Cincinnati.
Additionally, she has held roles such as past chair of the 55 North Soiree and the 2024 Meals on Wheels Gala, as well as chair for the 2025 Alzheimer's Association Gala. Liz has been recognized as the 2022 Venue Influential Woman of the Year and the 2023 Professional of the Year by the Association for Professionals in Aging. She is married to Matthew Stehlin and has a son, Tyler Bangel-Miller, along with two beloved pets, NORAD and Juno.
LIZ DINNESEN

Liz graduated from Thomas More University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration in 2001. She has been in the senior living industry ever since, so for over 20 years. Liz began her career in activities, business office, sales and has been an executive director for over 12 years. Liz is currently the Community Liaison for Sanctuary Hospice.
Liz is a wife and mom to an 8 yo boy, Henry and 13 yo girl, Makenzi. She lives in liberty twp and loves to hike, travel and be active. Currently her favorite is SPENGA, a combo of spin, strength and yoga. Liz has a passion for Seniors and helping all Seniors Citizens live a full and dignified life.
ERIN M. SAVAGE-WEAVER
Treasurer
Erin Savage-Weaver, CFP® is a Certified Financial Planner™ Professional at Kehoe Financial Advisors. Erin works to collaborate and execute financial planning strategies, including Social Security, tax, estate, retirement, and investment strategies for her clients. With over 18 years in Wealth Management, Erin has a passion for partnering with her clients to ensure that they achieve their financial goals. In addition to earning the CFP® designation, Erin has earned her Series 7 General Securities Representative and the State of Ohio Life, Health, and Variable Annuity license.
Erin earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Cincinnati in Criminal Justice. She is an alumnus of Tau Beta Sigma and the University of Cincinnati Marching Band. She has also received her Executive Certificate in Financial Planning from Xavier University. Erin serves her community by volunteering for her son’s school and is a sustaining member of the Junior League of Cincinnati. Erin resides with her husband Scott, her son, Jack, 2 dogs, and 2 cats in Fairfax.
RACHEL HODESH
Secretary
Since the age of 16, Rachel has devoted life to serving seniors. With over 30 years of experience in nursing homes and senior centers across Israel, Chicago, Las Vegas, and Cincinnati, her passion for learning continuously enhances her vast expertise.
A University of Cincinnati graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Education, she also holds a Master's in Health and Human Services Administration with a focus on Gerontology from Ohio University. Rachel is a former licensed Nursing Home Administrator, a Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP), and a Certified Geriatric Care Manager. Rachel frequently conducts workshops on various topics, including traveling with seniors, bullying, food insecurity, and Jewish education for local organizations. Recently, she has presented "Solo Aging" and "Being the Conductor of Your Care," and she is proud of her "TED" Talk titled "The Ladies in the Laundry Room."
Though she often works behind the scenes, Rachel has received recognition from clients and colleagues. In May 2018, she was nominated as a "Woman of Cincy" for her contributions, and in March 5, she was awarded the "Outstanding Leader in the Field of Aging" by the Association for Professionals in Aging. Rachel is also a proud mother to Noah and Aaron, as well as a dog mom to Izzy, a Mini Bernedoodle!
JENNIFER TILFORD
PANTRY BOX CAPTAIN
Jennifer Tilford graduated from Xavier University with a Bachelor of Arts in History and French with a Minor in Women and Minority Studies and a Master’s in History. She has worked primarily in non-profits and senior living. After working at Cincinnati Museum Center, Judson Care Center and the Ken Anderson Alliance, Jennifer now is the Move- In Coordinator at Seasons Retirement Community. With a passion for volunteering with individuals in need, Jennifer has volunteered with Starfire Council, the Ken Anderson Alliance and the Miami Baptist Association. She has been a member of a mission team to West Virginia and has traveled to the Dominican Republic for seven mission trips. Seeing those who experience food insecurities in her church neighborhood of the East End, and on those mission trips, led her to join SAAG as a Box Captain for the Columbia Baptist Church site. Jennifer lives in Norwood with her husband Gary. As an avid Xavier Musketeer fan, she is happy to live close enough to walk to basketball games.
MICHAEL P. CAMACCI

I am dedicated to assisting seniors and their by alleviating the stress of moving from their lifelong homes to senior living communities, all while respecting their dignity and honoring their lifetime contributions. I believe that partnering with trusted advocates and resources in senior care is key to providing compassionate and effective support. My interest in senior living was ignited by my mother’s experience following her stroke, which made me acutely of the challenges involved in finding the right care under tight time and financial pressures. extensive experience as a senior executive in real estate, IT startups, mergers and acquisitions, and more, I thrive on challenges and aim for sustainable success. In my personal life, I cherish spending time with my grandchildren nurturing their development, and I also enjoy traveling, winemaking, photography, hands-on projects, and exploring historical genealogy.
MARY MENDEL

Mary Mendel, AKA "The Connector," has enjoyed a career in sales across various fields since 1994, but when she began working in healthcare in 2019, she found her niche. Since becoming the Praise Team Leader at a local church in 2001, Mary has learned the joy of donating her time, talents, and treasures to help others. Her career in healthcare perfectly mirrors this philosophy, and she found that her friends and partners in healthcare are in the field to take care of others. She also discovered that her talent as an ensures that her customers and partners are linked to people they can know, like, and trust. Previously, Mary served on the Board of Directors for both the Northern Cincinnati Chamber of Commerce, for six years and The Association for Professionals in Aging for three years.
Her new career at Eldercare Connections allows her to continue connecting her friends in healthcare with the best and brightest people while giving her the freedom to volunteer and serve others. Mary has been married to her husband, Chris, for 29 years, and they share their home with three cats: Milo, Sherlock, and Watson. In her free time, she enjoys making chocolates, knitting prayer shawls, reading, and a movie fanatic.
CARA CARTER

Cara Carter is a dedicated healthcare professional with a passion for serving seniors and improving their quality of life. Throughout her career, she has focused on home health care, helping older adults maintain their independence while receiving compassionate, high-quality care. She currently serves as a Clinical Account Executive with Trinity In Home Care, where she works closely with healthcare providers, families, and community partners to ensure seniors have access to the support they need.
In addition to her healthcare career, Cara is the owner of Sunshine Caramel Company, a small business that reflects her entrepreneurial spirit and love of bringing joy to others. Whether through her professional work or her business, she is committed to building meaningful relationships and making a positive impact in her community.
Cara is honored to serve on the SAAG Board and looks forward to contributing her experience, passion, and dedication to supporting seniors and strengthening the organization's mission.
JORDAN KIPHART
BOARD MEMBER
Jordan Kiphart, MBA, RN is a registered nurse and senior advocate dedicated to helping older adults and their families navigate the challenges of aging with confidence
and compassion. He is the co-owner of Silver Compass Senior Solutions, a family- owned business. Jordan earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Cincinnati before returning to complete his Master of Business Administration.
Jordan believes every senior deserves to age with dignity, purpose, and meaningful human connection. He is especially passionate about addressing challenges beyond healthcare and connecting older adults and their families with resources, support, and meaningful connections that help them age well.
Earlier this year, they built two neighborhood food pantry boxes for SAAG to help make food more accessible for local seniors. Jordan and his wife are also active in their
church, helping to start a new ministry supporting families who are pursuing foster care and adoption throughout Greater Cincinnati. Together with his wife and four children, Jordan enjoys volunteering in the community.
