MICHAEL P. CAMACCI

Board Member - Mini Food Pantries

I am passionate about supporting seniors and their families by easing the stress of transitioning from their lifelong homes into senior living communities, while honoring their dignity and lifetime contributions. I believe this is best achieved through partnerships with trusted advocates and resources dedicated to senior care, ensuring we serve our seniors compassionately and effectively.

My interest in senior living was sparked by my own mother's experience after her stroke. Navigating the decision-making process to find the best care for her, amidst pressing time and financial constraints, deeply influenced my perspective.

I am a seasoned senior executive with extensive experience in real estate (Mom’s House & Our Senior Living Advisors), IT startups, mergers and acquisitions, business and product development, operations, sales, customer relationship management, strategic planning, and capital raising within growth-oriented environments. I thrive on challenges and consistently deliver sustainable success.

I enjoy spending quality time with my grandchildren, helping them grow into happy, healthy, and productive members of society. My personal passions include traveling, winemaking, photography, hands-on projects, and exploring historical genealogy research.

MARY MENDEL

Board Member - Membership

Mary Mendel, AKA "The Connector," has enjoyed a career in sales, in various fields, since 1994, but when she began working in Healthcare in 2019 she found her niche. Since becoming the Praise Team Leader at a local church in 2001, Mary learned the joy of donating her time, talents and treasure to help others.

Her career in healthcare perfectly mirrored this philosophy, and she found that her friends and partners in healthcare were in the field to take care of others. She also found that her talent as a connector ensured that her customers and her partners were connected to people whom they could know, like and trust.

Previously, Mary served on the Board of Directors for both the Northern Cincinnati Chamber of Commerce FKA The Sharonville Chamber of Commerce for 6 years, and for The Association for Professionals in Aging for 3 years. Her new career at Arrasmith Promotions allows her to continue to connect her friends in healthcare with the best and brightest people and allows her the freedom to volunteer and serve others.

Mary has been married to her husband, Chris, for 29 years, and they share their home with 3 cats, Milo, Sherlock and Watson. In her free time, she enjoys making chocolates, knitting prayer shawls, reading and she is a movie fanatic.
